Hey guys-
Hope everyone has been doing well! After a slow end of the year and a small change in our lineup, Satellite is back with new gigs this spring. If you'd like to have us to your party or college, drop us an email!
The biggest news is that our fiddle player and darling buddy Bridgid has decided to leave the band to focus more on her teaching. We love Bridgid and will be seeing plenty of her, but in the meantime we're auditioning new fiddle players! If you live in the Boston area, have experience with DMB and can throw down, drop us a line at satellite@satelliteband.com.

In other news, we'd like to welcome Kevin Deal and Bridgid Bibbens as our sax and fiddle players for the summer! These two top notch players will continue to rock out with the band until September, so come catch a show!

Our good friend and respected fiddler Nicky will be leaving us in June to pursue a career playing bluegrass in Nashville, TN. We hate to see him go, but after a recent trip to Nashville he's been sucked in... we'll miss him dearly and wish him the best of luck!
Starting in April, we'll be holding auditions for a new full time vioin/fiddle player. If you're familiar with DMB, and would like to make some money, travel and have the time of your life, drop us a line at auditions@satelliteband.com.

Satellite @ The Chicken Box this May!!

We'll be playing The Chicen Box on Nantucket May 14th and 15th. It's a little early for the summer crowds, but the weather should be great and it's a beautiful place so come check it out! The Chicken Box is the most famous club on the island and has a long history of great live music.
